"As you know, I am a huge fan of the web site builder.  Having struggled through Frontpage 2003 several years ago, I know what goes into creating a web site.  The SiteBrandBuilder^® is the antithesis to my experience with Frontpage.  This SiteBrandBuilder^® was intuitive and ridiculously simple to use. 
But, more important and impressive to me is the form builder.  Having created many form interfaces for electronic health records programs, I cautiously approached the form builder.  Wendy...bravo...it is incredibly intuitive and SIMPLE to use.  What I like most is the ability to create text replacement.  For example, when I programmed the form to ask my prospective patients "Do you smoke", a binary answer "Yes/No"

was created.  However, what I receive is "The patient does not smoke."  Why is this so important to me?  Well, one of the most expensive and time consuming tasks in practice is creating narrative reports.  The form builder allow me to have THE PATIENT and the form begin creating the narrative for me..priceless.  Also, the ease of rearranging the questions in the form builder is great.

To date, I have had my patients download, print and bring in their registration forms from my site.  Do you know HOW MANY TIMES THE PATIENT FORGETS TO BRING IN THE COMPLETED FORMS!!!!!!  Too often.  Now, I will have them complete the registration process on line..Great stuff! 
Lastly, I currently subscribe to SurveyMonkey.com for polling my patients about their satisfaction (about $50.00 per month).  I can now drop that service and replace it with questionnaires created in the form builder...so, it saves me money in many ways."
