Meet Jeanne Olson
President & Founder of Sensible Moves

Jeanne C. Olson has been a real estate agent/broker in the Rochester NY area since 1992. In 2000 she founded and managed a small boutique real estate office called Destination Home Realty. Her commitment to providing coaching and training on a consistent basis to those agents within her company, resulted in  having the most educated agents with the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards. She has since become sought after by other real estate agents and sales professionals.  Thus, the birth of Sensible Moves.

As a former Mrs. New York and finalist in the Mrs. US pageant, Jeanne gained extensive experience in public speaking, spending several years traveling and speaking to various groups of people on all sorts of topics. Today, she continues to work with women of all ages who enjoy pageants; and her love for public speaking has developed into motivational seminars and workshops for all kinds of career-minded people.

Jeanne also has a passion for helping young people.  She is a past owner of a well-known preschool, where she developed programs to motivate and help the very young to strive for excellence.  She also has experience working with Junior High and High School students helping them to maintain their course in life by setting goals and realizing their own passions.

Jeanne resides in the Rochester, NY area.  In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, boating, traveling, playing her piano, dancing and writing.  In addition to operating her own coaching and training business, Jeanne is a member of several coaching and speaking organizations, and attends conferences on a regular basis, so that she too can continue striving for excellence in her career. 

Sensible Moves has quickly expanded to cover a wide range of clients, including sales people, professionals, partnerships, teams, high school and college students, and even children. The company provides an array of coaches, trainers, and speakers specializing in all areas of life, including: personal development, life balance, real estate, sales, health & fitness, time management, customer service, communication, self esteem, and more.
